อย่าใส่มากกว่านั้น เพราะจะไม่มีที่ว่างในช่องปาก ให้น้ำลายออกมาช่วยทำหน้าที่
น้ำมันจะผสมกลมกลืนกับน้ำลาย
น้ำลายจะกระตุ้นให้เอนไซม์ดึงสารพิษออกมาจากกระแสเลือด <b>อย่ากลืนลงคอ</b>
แต่ถ้าเผลอกลืนลงไปก็ไม่มีอันตรายร้ายแรงใดๆ เพียงแต่ท่านอาจจะกลืนสารพิษลงไปในท้องบ้างเพียงเล็กน้อย

อย่าใส่มากกว่านั้น เพราะจะไม่มีที่ว่างในช่องปาก ให้น้ำลายออกมาช่วยทำหน้าที่
น้ำมันจะผสมกลมกลืนกับน้ำลาย
น้ำลายจะกระตุ้นให้เอนไซม์ดึงสารพิษออกมาจากกระแสเลือด <b>อย่ากลืนลงคอ</b>
แต่ถ้าเผลอกลืนลงไปก็ไม่มีอันตรายร้ายแรงใดๆ เพียงแต่ท่านอาจจะกลืนสารพิษลงไปในท้องบ้างเพียงเล็กน้อย
